Nancy Ball was first introduced to real estate as a child when her parents began flipping homes. When she made her first foray into the real estate market at 21 in Alberta, she learned what it was like to get her feet wet as a buyer. Soon thereafter, she graduated in the Real Estate Agents’ Program and achieved a Marketing Management Diploma. Thanks to her early experiences in real estate, she quickly learned where the best investments are and how to increase their property value. Early in her career, Nancy adopted a philosophy of putting her clients first and caring for their needs. Because of her dedication to her clients and her profession, she became one of the Top 10 Producers within her first 3 years in real estate and one of the youngest, highest producing females in her entire company.
Growing up, Nancy toured Canada, the US and Europe as a vocalist and performer. She enjoys singing, fine arts, volunteering, gardening, photography and travelling as she has been to over 20 countries while spending time with her family, friends and clients. Nancy's motto is
